Megan Winkler is a Women’s Empowerment Coach and freelance writer. She loves supporting women of all ages – from six to 106 – and helping them rediscover their divine nature. Megan grew up in a more traditional household and suffered from depression for many years before breaking free of the old habits, thought patterns, and “shoulds” that ruled her life. Today, she teaches and writes to give other women a chance to connect with their true selves through mindfulness practices, spiritual development, and soul research.
