I find these words from Rumi to be incredibly powerful, encouraging mindfulness everyday. We must truly listen to our hearts and then act on those feelings! How do we move past our fears and dig into those things that awaken our imaginations and get our hearts racing? So, I just read an interesting little tidbit–according to a study conducted at the University of California, San Diego, emotions shared online (an inspiring quote or words of encouragement on a friend’s wall) create what they termed as a “social multiplier.” These thoughts and sentiments are contagious and can impact your friends. The best part is that positive emotions spread more rapidly than negative ones–so, today, I am here with an uplifting thought to brighten your holiday weekend!
